Still not convinced of the utility of selecting projects by number. I try to imagine a situation where many projects being open would be useful. One possibility is a computer-assisted performance where meta events are used to select specific screensets and projects as performance occurs.
The discussion of switching projects for a “MIDI data filer” piques my curiosity.
Meta events are control messages that are specific to Logic Pro. They are used to automate certain functions, and to organize and arrange Score Editor elements (particular notation symbols and formatting) that can’t be represented by MIDI events.
